Please read our store policies carefully
Order Payments:
Orders and all invoices must be paid in full 24 hours prior to your pickup. if it is not paid your order may be canceled. Additional invoice payments or any outstanding payments must be paid via the invoice. We do not accept Zelle or cash payments.
Order Changes:
If you would like to make changes to your order you have up until 24 hours prior to make changes. No major changes can be made after 24 hours. For example cake flavor, type or fillings.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before 24 hours prior to your cake pickup/delivery time. Cancellations under 24 hours notice will not be refunded. If you fail to pickup your cake a refund will not be given.
Refund Policy:
Please inspect order at pickup/delivery. The order is considered accepted and is no longer the responsibility of the bakery once it leaves or the delivery driver leaves the cake/order. Orders will not be refund after it is accepted at pickup or delivery. If the delivery driver is not from Butter&Bear you can inspect the order at delivery and call us to request a refund. Refunds will only be given if the order meets the refund qualifications.
Refund Qualifications:
Full refunds can be given if order is destroyed or severely damaged at pickup. Full refunds may also be given if there are any non-edible/moldy items in the order that should not be there but refund requests for this reason must be requested within 24 hours after pickup/delivery and must show proof.
Partial refunds may be given if the order at pickup/delivery the order is the incorrect sizing or rejected due to decorating style, writing, color or any other general design issues that were specifically requested. Partial refunds may also be given if the flavor of the item was made incorrect but refunds for this reason must be requested within 24 hours. Credits may not be requested in exchange.
